The right way to find a lasting method to overcome your fear of flying is preparation. Getting on a plane and taking a flight around an airport proves very little other than in a very controlled set of circumstances you can get on an aircraft  in the company of like minded people  to take one flight. Unfortunately it doesn’t prepare you to deal with the anxieties that occur in real airline travel. Remember that when you go on holiday or take a business trip there are two flights involved …going and then returning…if you have a fear of flying then you’ll understand that it’s the bit in between that is so hard to deal with. The two weeks that you spend worrying about the flight home again. We will show you how to deal with that bit too.
