The In Flight Guide
The In Flight Guide

We were often being asked for last minute advice and tips to keep anxious flyers feeling calm once they were on board. So we decided to put all the advice into one booklet that can be easily carried in a pocket or handbag. From the masses of information and guidance available we managed to summarised it in 24 pages. We ended up with what we call Remember Relax and Go flying without Fear because if you remember what to do you can learn to relax and then you will be flying without fear. You may still of course be anxious but it will be something that you will be in control of.
